Working environment

A good working environment with room for diversity, provides the framework for healthy and motivated employees.

TDC has a certified OSH management system that provides security for our employees so they can keep themselves healthy. We spend much energy on creating an inclusive and diverse workplace that reflects the society we are a part of. We do so by providing space for people who have difficulty entering the labor market.

We are also working hard to reduce occupational accidents and even though we have reduced the total amount of accidents at work, then the reductions in the staff we have implemented resulted in a higher proportion of occupational accidents per 100 employees, as shown in the table below. TDC has a constant focus on reducing this figure and also expect in 2010 a decrease in the number of workplace accidents.

Working conditions

As an employee of TDC you are covered by collective agreements, which TDC negotiates with the respective unions. Today, all permanent full-time employees are covered by collective bargaining. Each employee also has the opportunity to negotiate with his immediate manager for further wage mm.
