In TDC, we denounce corruption, but as TDC operates solely on the Nordic market, characterized by a low degree of corruption, TDC has not so forth deemed it necessary to establish a concrete anti-corruption policy.
In TDC, we are nonetheless aware of the risks of corruption in connection with production from other manufactures than TDC. This is why we have implemented an anti-corruption policy in relation to our supply chain. This is manifested in our Code of Supplier Conduct.
TDC has also an internal gift policy, which includes both the receiving and giveaways of gifts:
TDC's basis for doing business are integrity, credibility, honesty and transparency. Therefore, employees at all levels must ensure that their economic and personal interests is not affecting or likely to affect their work arrangements or come into conflict with TDC's interests.
Gifts to and from external parties must comply with the Transparency International's Business Principles in relation to bribery. Gifts to and from external parties must comply with a principle of reason, and must not be given or received as a persuasion tool to do something dishonest, illegal or a breach of trust to the benefit of any of TDC's business units.
An internal gift policy, where the guidelines for receiving and giving gifts are elobarated is therefore implemented.
