In 2010, TDC’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors adopted a new policy and strategy for Corporate Responsibility that is based on the Group’s overall goals, expectations from customers, employees and other stakeholders, and our commitments to the UN Global Compact.
Based on five focus areas, TDC will be pursuing its ambition:

Three main targets have been identified for each of the five focus areas. A member of TDC’s top management team is responsible for each main target. The team reports to the Group’s new CR Board, which, led by Senior Executive Vice President and Head of HR and Group Strategy Eva Berneke, has overall responsibility for implementing and rolling out the Group’s CR activities.
Implementation and roll-out are ensured via quarterly reporting on the three main targets for each focus area. Reporting is submitted to the Corporate Management Team once a quarter, and twice a year to the Board of Directors.
